Every substantive correction is recorded here, with the date and what changed.
Why this page exists
The site argues that claims should be checkable and that people making them should publish the unflattering results as well as the flattering ones. That obligation applies here.
Silently editing an error away is ordinary practice on the web and it removes the reader's ability to judge how reliable a source has been. A visible correction costs a little credibility once; an invisible one costs all of it when found.
What counts as a correction
Logged here: a factual error, a misattributed figure, a claim that turned out to rest on weaker evidence than described, a misread study, or a recommendation reversed.
Not logged: typographical fixes, clarified wording that does not change meaning, and routine updates to claims that were accurate at their stated check date. Those change the date on the article instead.
The distinction that matters most here
Almost everything on this site about tools, models and market figures decays within months.
An article accurate in August and out of date in February is not an error. That is precisely why every such claim carries the date it was checked. An article that was wrong in August is an error and appears below.
Revisions to cited research
A special case, and the reason this page was planned from the start.
The central finding this site is built around has already been revised by its own authors — the 2025 measurement of a slowdown, updated in 2026 toward a speedup with wide uncertainty. That is not our error, and it is exactly the kind of change that must appear wherever the figure does.
Where cited research is revised, the revision is added to every article citing it, with the same prominence as the original claim, and noted here.
Reporting one
Corrections are the most useful message this site receives. If something here is wrong, say what and why.
If you are the author of research cited here and we have characterised it inaccurately, that takes priority over everything else in the queue.

No corrections have been logged yet. This site is new, and an empty log means only that — not that no errors exist. When one is found it will appear here with the date it was published, the date it was corrected, and what was wrong.
